At Swadeshi Karigari, we are committed to delivering handcrafted products with care and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transportation delays, or courier disruptions.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Returns or replacements are only accepted in these cases:
To claim a return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening, the shipping label, the complete unboxing process, and the damaged/incorrect product. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a claim is verified and approved, a replacement will be provided subject to availability. If replacement isn't possible, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
